"I usually like the staff from Abbey’s office. I filed a claim and an adjuster had come out. I had more questions later. I called my adjuster and left a message and I didn’t get a call back. A week later I called again. No return phone call. About 2-3 days later I tried again and was able to talk to Sterling. I wish the information about how I was getting one check now, and a second check after work started, and the breakdown of the deductible depreciation etc was in the letter that was mailed to me."

"I don't think I've ever interacted with Abbey, though the staff that work for her are pretty friendly. State Farm in general seems to give pretty good rates if you are willing to accept a larger deductible."
